Data retention and deletion requests

Each organization can configure how long candidate data and recordings are kept. Expired data is deleted securely by an automated process.

Candidate requests

If a candidate asks to access or delete their information, you can export or delete their application from their profile. Deletion removes recordings, transcripts and derived screening data unless a legal hold applies.

Account closure

If you cancel, your data is kept for a limited period so you can reactivate or export it, then deleted according to the retention policy.
