Scrynova keeps cookies to a minimum. We use only the cookies and similar technologies needed to run the Service securely and remember basic preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and IndexedDB, which let a website keep information on your device.

3. Local storage
- Theme preference (scry-theme) remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme.
- Interview recovery: during an interview, completed recordings and written drafts may be stored temporarily on the candidate's device so they can be uploaded again if the connection drops. They are removed once the upload is confirmed or the interview is submitted.
4. Third parties
We do not allow third-party advertising networks or analytics trackers on Scrynova. Fonts are served from our own servers.
5. Your choices
Because we use only strictly necessary cookies, no consent banner is required in most jurisdictions, including under the EU and UK ePrivacy rules, which exempt cookies that are strictly necessary for a service you request. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but signing in and completing interviews will not work without them.
