Job statuses explained
Draft, Active, Paused, Inactive, Closed and Archived.
- Draft — being prepared; not visible to candidates.
- Active — published; the public job page accepts new applications.
- Paused — temporarily stops new applications; candidates already in progress can finish.
- Inactive — not accepting applications; can be reactivated at any time.
- Closed — the role is filled or cancelled; existing applications remain available for review.
- Archived — hidden from your default job list but kept according to your retention settings.
Only Active jobs accept new applications. You can edit, duplicate or archive a job from its menu, and use bulk actions from the job table.
