Publish your first job in 10 minutes
A quick walkthrough from blank posting to shareable interview link.
1. Create the posting
From Job Postings, select New Job. Add the title, location, employment type, work arrangement, salary, description, responsibilities and qualifications. Clear requirements produce more accurate screening.
2. Build the interview
Open the Interview Builder for the job. Add your own questions or select Suggest questions to generate job-related suggestions from your description — you review and approve every suggestion before it is used.
3. Set evaluation weights
Adjust the evaluation criteria (for example Technical Knowledge 40%, Relevant Experience 25%). Weights must total 100%.
4. Publish and share
Set the job to Active. Copy the public job link, post it anywhere, or invite specific candidates by email from the job's candidate page.
